Quality and certifications

Filostamp’s quality management system has been structured since 1994. Currently the quality management system follows the requirements of norm UNI EN ISO 9001 and technical specification IATF 16949

Our laboratory is equipped with suitable devices for carrying out controls on the products realized according internal or external processes.

Internal processes (cold forming, thread rolling, turnings, tapping, etc) and processes carried out by our suppliers (heat and galvanic treatments) are monitored and managed by specific softwares that allow to control the self-checking production activities, product tracking, incoming acceptation and finished product.

Filostamp in addition to its network with monitoring stations of production data that allows to verify the production trend, has sorting machines with optical system for carrying out 100% selection on parts with special features required by the customer.

Environmental Management

Filostamp S.r.l., company operating in screws and bolt cold forming branch, has decided to manage its environmental aspects through an Environmental Management System according to norm UNI EN ISO 14001; the Management is willing to:

• Maintain ISO 14001 certification;
• operate by respecting the current and future environmental laws and regulations;
  
• prevent pollution;
• promote the participation of the whole company, according to the different functions and skills, in order to reach the environmental goals;
• promote training and sensitization for all employees and verify systematically their effectiveness;
• rationalize the waste management by fostering, where possible, differentiated collection;
• put ad disposal the necessary resources for reaching the planned goals.

Filostamp’s General Management approves the policy described in the related document and the whole Environmental Management System contained in the Manual, in the procedures, and in the complementary documentation, committing to its periodic review in order to guarantee a continuous improvement.

The environmental policy is reviewed every year and, if necessary, it is updated and modified.

By consequence Filostamp S.r.l. commits to define with annual frequency, Environmental Improvement plans.
